On a very sunny Sunday 13 November 2011 children of 1st Weybridge (Brooklands Own) Scout Group laid wreaths at the War Memorial attended by Philip Hammond (Defence Secretary) at the end of Queens Road in Weybridge.  They then attended a great Remembrance Service at St James’ Church in which the 1st Weybridge Banners (flags) were carried.
