Meeting Place

Children to be dropped off at 9.30am
To be collected promptly at 4.00pm

• Please ensure they bring a packed lunch and drinks – as we will be stopping during the day for lunch and will meet up at an agreed time and place to meet and have lunch
• Please ensure they have suncream/sun hats if hot day and a light change of clothes (in case they get wet on some of the activities)
• They need to be in uniform
• It is advised they bring no more than £5.00 spending money on the day as there will be places they can buy ice creams, ham burgers and little gifts (pens, pencils, draw strings mugs etc) – please mark money in an envelope with their name on it and this will be given to the adult helper who will be looking after those children.
• There will be water stations on the site
• We will have wrist bands for them with their names on and my mobile number – in case they wander off in the place  (hopefully this won’t happen – but just in case)

Finally all Beavers will receive a badge from bazaaz to add to their collection and this will be given either on the day or soon after – any questions please ask Parm!
